Shoot day(s). A single block of focused production, usually one day on-site captures the whole month’s content.

Production: editing, captions, hashtags, hero asset finalization. Two rounds of revision baked in.

Week 4

Scheduling, posting, engagement. End-of-month report tying content to enquiries, bookings, or revenue.

Week 7–8

Aftermath content, debrief doc, and the “what we’d do differently next time” call.
